We have a very streamlined system for how DTC orders are handled. Orders come into our robust Warehouse Management System (WMS) and we efficiently ship them out. This process is called Pick & Pack. An item is picked from a location in the warehouse using Zebra scanners and then packed into a shipping box, according to the customer's request. It is then labeled and shipped out via UPS, Fedex, DHL, or USPS.
We’re experts at shipping ecommerce orders directly to customers, but also specialize in wholesale fulfillment to major retailers. We pride ourselves on high volume output to make sure you get your orders on time.
We specialize in kitting or VAS (Value Added Service). This can mean everything from putting special stickers on individual items, folding clothing to be fulfilled, doing final assembly for fulfillment, and many more things. Just let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll handle it.
Wholesale fulfillment can be complicated. Major retailers like Target and Walmart use a rather out-dated system called EDI, or Electronic Data Interchange. This involves very careful labeling of separate boxes and items to make sure they are in compliance with retailers routing guides. Many 3PLs make labeling mistakes, which leads to expensive chargebacks for brands! We are nimble and specialize in detail-oriented handling. So we don’t make these mistakes.
